Growler, bought at the Liquor Shed for $13.50.

It pours a straw yellow with a 1 finger head of foam, some nice lacing left behind.

Lots of malt, some earthy some sweet, in the smell along with some hop spice.

Ditto for the taste. Light notes of sweet malt, bigger on the earthy and bigger still with the hops...spicy and a good helping of lemon citrus. It finishes on the dry side and gets kind of watery at he very end but up to that point, it's a darn good example of the style.

Just to be sure I got it right, I'm having a second pour and the watery finish does not seem to be as noticeable. More lemon citrus and some sweet malt there than I figured from my first glass.

Close to medium bodied with just the right amount of carbonation to give it a really smooth mouthfeel. This is VERY nice. The Growler won't last long...

True to style, light, clean, mellow. Nobel hops not overly aggressive. Not going to knock your socks off, but a good hot summer beer or lower alcohol alternative (compared to the other beers). Sometimes available at the Mercantile Rest. at Atlantic City, WY.

On tap at brew festival.

Appearance: light yellow color, slightly cloudy. Thin white head with a bit of lacing.

Aroma: mild bready aroma, maybe a hint of grassy hops.

Mouthfeel: light and watery. Easy drinking.

Flavor: mild and unchallenging. Once again there is some mild bread and biscuit along with just enough hops to provide a bit of balance.

Overall: nicely done to the style. Great summer brew.
