Pours a hazy golden orange, initially with a slow cascading rush of ascending carbonation, topped with a finger of loosely clustered bubbles.

Aroma is tangy and fruity, grapefruit and passion fruit mimosa.

Taste is a little more nuanced, big grapefruit tartness, lychee, white peach, passionfruit, very fruity and moderately tart, verging on sour. Aftertaste of Brett yeast, a vague cheese rind note. Faint oak.

The carbonation quickly ebbs, leaving an impression of an unblended lambic from this wild ale. Light to medium bodied, somewhat vinous like a chardonnay. Overall it's pretty good, fruit forward and not especially funky or sour, but unique enough in it's exotic fruitiness.

Not sure what's up with all the "omg lambic" shill reviews... this doesn't taste like sour green apple either.

Light orange color. Hazy, but clear quickly. Little carbonation and no head.

Mild citrus aroma.

Very mild tartness. Crisp, dry finish.

Bland, flat feel.

Bottle I brought to share at jmgrub's tasting.

2011 vintage.

Pours a murky honey orange with a foamy bone head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is sour with malt, fruit, and acidic aromas. Taste is much the same with slightly sour fruit, acidic, wood, and slight chlorine flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of acidity on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is solid but the chlorine like flavor is a bit odd.

It sure looks like the label says "2011", consumed January 31st, 2016.

Pour is a little hazy and amber-golden. Fine white head sticks around for a while.

Aromas are on the funky side of the wild yeast spectrum with a little acidic note cutting through.

Strange metallic note doesn't ruin things, but kicks off the flavor oddly. Fades with repeat tastes. Other flavor of note are cider-like succulent (apricot/peach) and citric (grapefruit/lemon). A little vinegary, but not unpleasant.

Mouthfeel is well-carbonated and medium-bodied.

Not a total winner, but a nice palate cleanser between all those big malty beers we shared that day...

Bottle shared by RussianDragon.

Golden orange body, moderately hazy, with a thin white head that quickly fades to a wispy apex clinging to the perimeter. Aromas of lambic funk, mineral, basement, citrus. Light on the palate with minimal acetic character. Melon and orange, finishing with a gentle sourness. Tasty beer. While not on par with the elite lambics, this is really enjoyable and drinkable.

750mL bottle poured into a tulip. 2011
(A)- Pours a hazed golden apricot orange color. Some minimal white froth
(S)- Slight funk meets some cider-like lemon and orange citrus
(T)- Slightly sweet with funky orange and lemon citrus. Bits of acidic oak
(M)- A good carbonation level. A bit sweet for a lambic/wild, but good citrus
(O)- Time might help this, but only time can tell

2011 bottle I picked up in San Francisco a while back.

Pours a hazy orange-gold, very still. Acetic and funky oak on the nose. Quite sour tasting, some light fruity notes. A bit acetic but not like the nose led. Pretty nice, actually. Medium body, maybe the faintest trace of carbonation.
