A - Poured out a clear, amber color with tons of carbonation. It had a one-finger, khaki colored head of foam. There was little to no lacing.
S - It smelled of mild wheat aromas. There was a strong malt aroma.
T - A malty brew with very little wheat flavor. It really seemed like an Irish red ale.
M - It was crisp and sharp. A light bodied ale with a somewhat dry finish.
D - Didn't taste anything like a wheat brew. Again, this brew tastes more like an Irish red ale.

Poured into a shaker pint.
The beer is a dark amber color. A cream colored head stays around for a long time and good lacing is present. The beer smells of toasted grains, faint caramel, and slight fruitiness. The taste is spot-on with the aroma. Think wheat beer with a toffee-caramel coating. Nice light carbonated mouthfeel.
Overall, simply a delicious beer to me, and I'm a huge fan of the style.

A dark, almost reddish amber and slightly cloudy in a Rohrbach pint glass. A scant, off-white head quickly shies away.
Aroma is that of fruity apple with a malt background and some peach. Nice and simple. Some beeswax with warmth.
Some off flavors are reminiscent of malt extract. This one is sweet up front with a lingering aftertaste of saccharine or possibly aspirin.
Light to medium body with watery texture and some astringency.
Possibly a sessionable beer with salty snacks. It would improve significantly if flavors were cleaner, but still an enjoyable beer.
This was a nice surprise from Paris of a beer I otherwise would never have the opportunity to try. Thanks buddy.

Picked this up as part of make you own sixer; expectations are low...
Pours an effervescent hazelnut/ice tea color with minimal cream colored head. Zero head retention & lacing
S: Faint grainy smell
T: Toasty malt, some grassy & metallic hops up front.Slight astrincey & some dryness as this warms, along with a touch of woody hops& a touch of nuttyness. Finishes with watery & nutty notes
MF: Light bodied, dry, crisp carbonation
A so-so version of the style, that drinks easy, but just doesn't say drink more. Has some real stong brown ale tendencies more than dark wheat ale... Better than most from these guys
