One of their GABF 2011 entries.

One finger light brown head, black body, good lace.

Black coffee on the nose.

Bitter kick in the taste, of dry cocoa. Coffee and citrus in the body with crisp roasty malt and a slightly hoppier finish.

Fine-grain carbonation-- almost nitro fine.

Decent stout. Not as much of a 'dry Irish' as Dark Starr, planty of hop and black coffee.
