Consumed on 12/24/2015 at Garbo's Grill in Key West.

Very strong aroma and flavor of peach & grapefruit, but it seems like it's from a syrup instead of the fruit's themselves.

Poured from a brown 12 oz. bottle. Has a golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is very fruity, little else. Taste is big on fruits, some lemon, a bit sweet, some wheat zing as well. Feels light in the mouth and overall is a refreshing and different beer, but not something I could drink all night.

Pours a yellow amber color with white head and moderate carbonation evident. Nose is a bit Muted, taste has more citrus, oranges, and grapefruit juice. Medium body and moderate carbonation.

An ok beer; decent for the summer in lieu of a shandy.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, best before 2/14/2016. Pours lightly hazy golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger foamy white head with decent retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Good appearance. Aromas of peach, grapefruit, lemon, mango, pineapple, pear, honey, wheat, cracker, lighty toasted bread, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Nice aromas with good balance of fruit, pale malt, and light earthy hop/fruity yeast notes; with good strength. Taste of big peach, grapefruit, lemon, mango, pineapple, pear, honey, wheat, cracker, lighty toasted bread, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Light herbal/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of peach, grapefruit, lemon, mango, pineapple, pear, honey, wheat, lighty toasted bread, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Very nice robustness and balance of fruit, pale malt, and light earthy hop/fruity yeast flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness as well. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderate crisp, and lightly creamy/grainy/bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 4.6%. Overall this is a very good fruited wheat beer. All around good robustness and balance of fruit, pale malt, and light earthy hop/fruity yeast flavors; and very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Not a fan of the flavor. Tastes like ginger ale.

This beer did not do it for me.

When poured into my glass, a fizzy head bubbled up and disappeared almost immediately.
It has a fruity smell. Peaches come to mind.
Taste is fruity too. Peaches or apricot.

There is some slickness to the mouthfeel. Syrupy, sweet and sticky.

This is more like peach flavored soda than beer.

Poured into a Creature Comforts slim pint glass. Notches on label indicate Best Enjoyed Before November 2015.

A- Pours a medium amber color with a 1/4 inch off-white head that retains a bit before becoming a paper-thin ring around the edge of the glass and nearly no surface foam. Hardly any lacing to speak of.

S- Very peachy wheat aroma. Also some honey and booze. There's also a Vitamin C-like quality that comes out as it warms.

T- Different in the flavor with more of an herbal note plus some more wheat. Black pepper and other spices I can't put my finger on come forth. Minimal bitterness.

M- Tangy and bright with medium carbonation and a lightish body.

O- Quite drinkable and the peach/spice character is pretty nice. While it's not something I would drink all the time, in the right setting, I could see myself knocking back a few of these.

another under appreciated beer from sea dog, one heck of a nice refreshing with some serious grapefruit going on in here. its a wheat beer, and its immediately evident in the pale slightly hazy yellow look, and the sturdy cereal base it has in the nose. the citrus zest cuts what might otherwise feel a little heavy, but the beer is actually real light and summery on the palate due to the acidity of the citrus and the sparkling carbonation. again, like the blueberry, not a beer i need ten of, but one i could easily drink that many of, and in the right context, its awfully good. clean enough to cut greasy or spicy foods, and since the fruit is so authentic in this, it never gets sweet at all. pulpy almost it seems like, morning beer for sure. in seafood settings i like these beers from sea dog, very very refreshing, definitely under rated.
