Pours a clear amber color with a large fluffy white head. The head is gone in a hurry and doesn't leave much lacing.

The aroma is apricot covered in sugar. Cloying and unpleasant.

The taste follows the nose. Sickly sweet apricot and some sort of candy note I can't quite make out. This tastes like really bad fruit juice.

Mouthfeel is watery with high carbonation. The sweetness coats the mouth like syrup.

Overall, this is a very poor beer that is simply too sweet for my liking. There's absolutely no depth or complexity here. It's just apricot and sugar. The wheat is nowhere to be found.

Fruity beers are my thang and this is one of the fruitiest beers I've ever had. It's one of my favorites. It smells and tastes just like it's name, there is no mistaking the apricot. If you aren't a fan of fruity or dessert beers, this probably won't tickle your fancy at all...but if you do, you'll find this one pretty darn delightful.

Scents of apricot. That's about all I picked up. Flavor is mostly of apricot, but an off sort of apricot, with a slight hint of malt. No bitterness, no wheat. Mouthfeel is light bodied with high carbonation. This combines with the flavor to make it drink a lot like a fruit soda. It's refreshing I suppose, but not really at all what a good fruit beer should taste like. The fruit is there, but it doesn't taste quite natural and the wheat is non-existent, though the bottle only calls it "Apricot" so maybe they changed something. It's nothing special, and fairly mediocre as far as fruit beers go.
