Very Good
Demento Session PaleDemento Session Pale
Notes: A symphony of cascade and centennial hops give this refreshing session pale ale a bright hop presence with a touch of bitterness. It’s a perfect perfect quencher for Hopheads or anyone with a pulse.

Demento Session Pale pours a copper color, with a large, long lasting lacing head. Picturesque. Aroma is weaker, sweet but a nice floral note. Flavor is the same, lighter, sweet, but a nice light floral flavor. Light body. Overall, its on the sweet side, but still nice "hop" flavors, and its light, easy to drink, as its supposed to be.

Good session IPA. Probably a good place for someone to start getting into drinking IPAs.

Taste: fresh, crisp, grassy, citrus hops, clean finish. Complex garden hop nose. Gold, mostly clear, with a big foamy head, and sticky lattice. Medium/lite body.

12 oz can poured into pint glass, thanks to Todd for the brew.
A: pours a cloudy golden straw body, +2 finger white foam head, carbonation, stringy lacing
S: this brew has a great aroma, smell of citrus mingled with pine resin
M: light and crisp on the tongue with a little sticky resin
T: orange, citrus, some earthy resin, hints of pine resin but not overkill, slight watery taste, mineral, fairly clean finish for APA
O: would like to have some more

A gold/yellow color, fairly clear. Bright white head with good retention and lacing. Nose is very subdued. A little bready malt with a hint of citrus/pine/fruitiness. The taste has citrus, pine, and balance from the malt. Body is light with moderate carbonation. A dry, bitter finish. Very nice APA!

Pours a hazy, golden color. One inch head of a white color. Great retention and good lacing. Smells of strong pine, piney hops, sweet malt, hint of yeast, hint of floral, hint of resin, and slight earthy malt. Fits the style of an American Pale Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of earthy malt, slight sweet malt, piney hops, hint of yeast, and a hint of pine. Overall, aroma is more complex and refreshing than the body, but good appearance and decent blend.

Light amber/straw color, white head. Smell is of fresh citrus and pine hops. Taste is very citrusy (lemon especially) and tangy, with sweet malts, and somewhat bitter overall. Taste and feel is a bit watery, as expected of a session, but well rounded. It's an okay beer, but nothing special.
