A - Pours a slightly hazy orangey-copper color with a two finger white head. Head drops down to a small cap pretty quickly, but retains a decent cap throughout drinking. Decent amount of lacing left behind.
S - Pretty strong hop presence on the nose, with hints of pine, grapefruit and a somewhat floral quality. Tropical fruit aromas also noticeable, perhaps a bit of pineapple. Hint of sweet malt in the background along with a definite alcohol presence.
T - Loads of hops. Pine and grapefruit flavors dominate. Backed up with a decent amount of sweet, almost fruity malt, but it is pretty much overshadowed by the hops and bitterness in this brew. Finish is quite bitter, with an herbal, quite bitter quality in the aftertaste as well. Alcohol is definitely noticeable, but not really as much as I expected from the aroma.
M - Medium/bordering on full bodied with a resinous feel. Pretty light carbonation.
D - Pretty decent overall, but definitely far from the most drinkable beer I've tried. My main complaints would have to be that it is a bit heavy on the booziness, without hiding it all that well, and it has a slightly unappealing, odd aftertaste.

Review from notes. Came across as pretty one dimensional, especially given Pizza Port's brewing acumen for this style. Comes in dark, yellow/auburn notes, thin 1/4" white head. Aroma was alcohol first, then you got a smidge of tropical fruit, nondescript.
Taste was a 100ibu face melt bomb. Didn't impart enough hop flavor. Overly syrupy, thick, viscous. I dunno, I didn't find anything special about this, in fact it was below average for sure for them, one of their worst hoppy beers of all time.
