To qualify my review, I love my beer but I am not a connoisseur, however, as an advocate of all things organic, and a virtual devotee of ginger, this beer really hit the spot! Fresh, clean and an adequate amount of ginger for a true ginger devotee! It is a bright crisp and sweet beer. I wish the chemist who invented this would do versions of it. A pretty light amber color in perfect keeping with the spice.

I really am enjoying this! I love the spicy ginger and don't mind the sweet.

Glad I tried but won't try again. Son likes it though and he has pretty good taste. Give it a shot and judge for yourself. It was a bit too sweet for me.

I really wanted to like this, and I mostly did, but it was a little on the sweet side for my tastes and if it even gets a little warm it is no longer palatable. Maybe this is a characteristic of farm house ales?

This pours a pale golden in the glass. I get some light funky notes. Flavor comes across as crisp, with a subdued ginger note tying it all together. It's ok.

Growler fill at The Green Growler in Croton on Hudson , NY.
Hazed and dull looking medium tangerine, minor fine bubble head leaving just a memory of lacing
Some wheaty malt, lime and ginger on the nose
Ginger and lime stand out on the palate, along with wheat malts again, and some Belgian yeast characteristics. Not bad, went well with some Thai marinated baby back ribs

On tap at Rattle n Hum, NYC. Saisons are usually a must to avoid for me, but on recommendation, after a few pints of assorted other styles, this hit the spot.
Actually that's streching the point as it was refreshing, but there is a substantial body in the texture that has a slight aftertaste, which, in the circumstance of ginger, works against preconcieved convention. That being said, I like it.

Yellow-gold color with minimal head and lots of carbonation. Aroma is of ginger and light malt. Taste is very refreshing with nuances of fresh ginger. Light and refreshing, tastes like ginger ale

Pours a crystal clear pale straw in color with a finger of dense white head. Aroma is lots of ginger with some other spicy notes in the background. Taste is heavy on the ginger with a touch of Belgian hops and some crystal malts. Light in body with moderate+ carbonation. Overall a decent beer, if the ginger were a bit more restrained I'd find this more enjoyable, as it stands I found this refreshing and would almost consider this a palate cleanser if it were more balanced.
