Sweet Tart Cherry marries crisp, fruity goodness with a touch of sour that is entirely refreshing. The local New York grown cherries combine with a rosé-like effervescence to create a tartness that teases your taste buds. Sweet Tart Cherry hits you with the right amount of flavor in a perfectly light body. Enjoy!

A: Pours an amber color with a fingers worth of head that fades down to a thin cap
S: Lots of both sweet and tart cherries up front along with a nice caramel malt presence. Very cherry forward
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with the cherry, both sweet and tart, and then goes into a restrained caramel malt sweetness that balances the tartness even more. Finishes with lingering cherry and caramel
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation
O: A solid cherry sour that balances the sweet cherry and malt extremely well with the tartness of the cherries. Extremely drinkable with the moderate sourness and the sub-5% abv

Most sours are TOO much for me. This is nice - like a berliner Wiesse. Very nice. The cherry juice POPS!
