L - Straw yellow color, clear body, finger of head

S - Huge lime. Subtle coconut. Minor spicy notes.

T - Coconut is bigger here and lime takes a backseat. Generic Kolsch tastes underneath.

F - Light and crisp.

O - Would have been a subpar example, but lime and coconut turned into something enjoyable.

Literally almost spit this back up when the flavors hit my pallet. I guess organic breweries can use extract, straight coconut extract, tasted like I took a gulp of straight suntan lotion

A: Pours a yellow color with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a thin cap

S: Coconut and lime very prevalent up front along with some bready malt and other citrus fruit. Very fruity, in a good way

T: Follows the nose. Starts off with the coconut and lime and then goes into the bready malt and some fruity yeasty esters, which actually knock the coconut and lime back a bit. Citrus and lime continue into the finish

M: Light-medium bodied with moderate carbonation

O: A very interesting kolsch that works well with the warm weather

Wow. a lot going on here.

A great Kölsch that doesn't get lost under the big tasty flavors of fresh coconut and a big squeeze of lime!

It is 65° and the beer is cool. When it is 85° and the beer is cold - keep 'em coming!!!
