Poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a semi-hazy golden color with a finger's worth of white foamy head softly dieing off. Some messy lace.
The aroma had some doughy malts with some lemon zest, grassy hops, Belgian spices, peppercorn, and some earthy sweet character underneath.
The flavor tried to lead with a malty sweet character and then brought in some Belgian spices with some sweet earth. Sly leaning of Belgian malts in the aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. His carbonation and ABV. Mild finish of Belgian malts and spices.
Overall, good Belgian pale ale that I would come back to even though the meyer lemons were pretty faint in this beer.

CanBIF bottle from maltninja.
Tons of orange. Really drinkable for the ABV. Hops are present and enjoyable. Seems closer to a Belgian IPA than Pale Ale, but it doesn't seem to matter, this has been executed with malt, hops and yeast all coming together properly. I quite enjoyed this. Seems like Dunham definitely know how to get creative.

750ml bottle - 'Supermoine' - I'll have to look that up later!
This beer pours a hazy, medium golden yellow colour, with two fingers of puffy, loosely foamy, and bubbly off-white head, which leaves some swollen rain cloud lace around the glass as it slowly and lazily recedes.
It smells of bready and doughy pale and wheat malt, gritty yet yielding yeast, lemon zest and white grapefruit peel, faint black peppercorn, and an earthy, leafy, and slightly grassy hoppiness. The taste is grainy and doughy pale malt, a weaker spicy wheatiness, some apple, lemon, and further generic citrus fruitiness, zingy Belgian yeast, muddled earthy table-top spice, and more plain leafy, weedy, and wet hay-like hop bitters.
The carbonation is adequate in its sometimes tingly and oft-frothy manner, the body a solid middleweight, and mostly smooth, just a smidge of that mildly testy yeast getting a wee bit boorish here. It finishes off-dry, but not by much, as the fruitiness starts to invert its nature, and the hops maintain their ground.
Overall, a very pleasant and engaging strong Belgian pale ale (the bottle indicates no info on the matter - how Old World, I suppose). Malty, spicy, yeasty, and hoppy, all in good balance - this one will not be a problem to sip away at, on the rest of this Good Friday afternoon.

Serving: Bottle
No date, but within a little over a month of bottling (March 10th).
A:
Pours a slightly hazy orange straw with a meager-looking finger and a half of airy white head that drops to a little film. Meh retention; speckled lacing. (3.75)
S:
Bright floral yeast with citrus. Lemon, lemon, lemon, bitter citrus oils, old white bread, clover. (4)
T:
Crusty, rich biscuit with a hint of lemon in the background. Floral yeast, lemon rind with rich malt and a little medicinal hop heft underneath it all. (4)
M:
Medium bodied and fairly dry with a light carbonation and a lingering lemon zest lacquer. (4)
O:
Tasty, interesting beer from Dunham.
Beers that rely heavily on fruit aren't my favorite, so I was unsure about trying this one, which is made with with a healthy dose of Meyer lemons that makes itself known without being exceedingly bitter, sour, or tasting like a fruit beer. The aroma is about what you would expect and the flavor goes along with it. Rich bready malt body with only a touch of hops and the rest of the flavor (and bitterness) coming through from the lemons. As you drink it, it really becomes apparent how much of the overall character (which seems pretty 'normal' for the style to me) comes from the lemons and not the hops a nice touch to an otherwise good beer.
Anyway, it was enjoyable, and I would have again. Worth a shot if you come across it. (4)

*I deducted some points on the look because there's zero information about the beer on the bottle, I didn't even know what style it was.
So other than that the beer looks really nice, cloudy straw in color with a nice white head with lots of lacing, some carbonation visible. Nice yeast smell in the nose, you also smell fruity hops, I notice mostly grapefruits and lemons. Taste is similar to the nose but I expected it to be a little more sour from the yeast but it's still really good. Nice peppery touch goes well with the hops, it has a nice bitterness but not like an IPA. Not enough carbonation for my taste but other than that it's really good.

Bottle: Poured a hazy dirty beige color ale with a large off-white foamy head with excellent retention and some good lacing notes. Aroma of rustic Belgian malt with light peppery yeast notes and some candied lemon. Taste is also a refreshing mix of light candied lemon notes with solid rustic Belgian malt with some peppery yeast notes. Light residuals sugar notes could also be detected. Body is full with great carbonation. Nice touch of candied lemon that is not too powerful with great balance overall.
