Deep cloudy almost opaque dark straw color with no visible activity. Extra foamy and frothy mountainous light beige 3-4 finger head, lasting around 10-15 minutes, with strong legs and a good swirl reaction. Flavors of cheese, sweet grains, lemon, wild berries, grapefruits, wild yeast, wheat and straw, with floral hops. Silky and smooth medium to full body with extra crispy carbonation. Medium to strong strength finish, flowery noble spices and sharp yeast, highly fruity with a strong barnyard feel. Belgian style Saison/Pasterbier, not an APA, but it's more intense than a table Saison with similar ABV. Really pleasant and uplifting. Well balanced, super fresh, nice complexity. Overall excellent quality craft.

Lightly hazed golden blonde with a ring of white head and some lace. Smell is funky and bretty, belgian like yeasty points, fruity, green apple and lemon, light citrus, salon like points to it. Taste is crisp and fruity, yeasty and dry with some brett on the back end as well, finishes dry and fruity, sees well hopped as well with a moderate bitterness throughout. Highly carbonated, medium-light dry body. Nice and dry and very drinkable, good stuff.

Bottle: Poured a pale hazy beige color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of nice herbal and floral notes with light peppery yeast notes and refreshing floral hoppy notes. Taste is a nice mix of herbal and floral notes with some nice floral hoppy notes and some light bready and spicy yeast notes. Body is full with good carbonation. I really enjoy this beer with nice easy drinking feature and plenty of flavours.
