Bottle: Poured a light hazy reddish color ale with a nice off-white foamy head with good retention and some light lacing notes. Aroma of tart cherry notes with some oak presence and some light funky barnyard notes is quite nice. Taste is a well-balanced blend of tart cherry notes with some oak presence and some light funky barnyard notes. Body is pretty full with good carbonation. A superb blend that really put forward the cherry flavours with retaining some complexity.

750ml Bottle.

A red / pink liquid comes out of the neck, white foam on the top diminishing to leave only traces on the liquid, it is superb, the foam leaves a ring around the glass.

On the nose, raspberry deep, one can not deny their presence, small red fruits, lactic acid, again raspberry full nose.

To taste, complex layouts of tartness, small red berries including the raspberries which are the star, passing through the cherry, the cherry and its stone fruit, one recognizes the signature Berliner in lactic acidity.

This blend is very well executed. Light body, light vinous side, sparkling effervescence on the tongue. Awesome!

My favorite Assemblage from Dunham so far!

750 mL bottle. Hazy reddish body. Smells of cherry, oak, vanilla, and some raspberry acidity. Tastes pleasantly tart. Raspberry. Tartness gives way to sweet cherry and oak. Back end is a hint of red wine. Medium body. Delicious, but might get sweet after a while.
