The beer was initially very sweet, the aroma was that of apples and a few other possible fruit aromas. Tasted very similar to a hard apple cider, which I usually enjoy. It was very smooth and crisp not a lot of hops. The beer was a very light and refreshing drink.

Had on cask at Beveridge Place during Snipes Mt. Brewers night.
Poured a deep hazy gold into a standard pint glass. Nice appearance, little foam (it did come from a cask) but great color.
Drinks well. Starts light with grapefruit orange and citrus flavors coming through and a light sweetness. Finishes with a brief short bite. A delicious IPA and as discussed with a fellow bar patron, it definitely tenders towards the "fruity" side of the hop profile than the "piney" side.
I think this is a well done IPA. Possibly a bit too tame for some but I think it's drinkability is a strong point. Little noticeable booziness.

Served in straight pint glass. Poured much lighter in color than usual for the style, a light golden-honey color, similar to a darker tinted pilsener. The beer had about a half-inch of white head that had good retention and lacing.
The aroma was mostly floral hops, with some grain and citrus hops note. In the mouth the hops had more of a citrus presence, with the floral component still strong.
The body was full, while remaining light and crisp, with a dry finish. Drinkability was very good, sharp but not taste-bud wrecking. Overall, a nice take on the style, worth seeking out.
