Sampled today at the brewpub, review from notes. Described as having a "touch of wheat" and "like a Belgian Wheat". I was skeptical when the beer came out crystal clear, and the bar only carried Blue Moon and not even Hoegaarden...

Body was a high-clarity gold, with a skim of foam that faded to a thin ring. Visible trails of carbonation was a promising sign for this Wit, although it wasn't cloudy with wheat/yeast as most Witbiers are. Coriander was big in the nose, and also figured largely in the flavor profile, giving it a tea-like aftertaste after the initial wash over the palate. Pale malt with some wheat maybe too. The citric tartness was welcome here, resembling orange peel, but who knows if it was intentional. With a medium body and lightly palate-scrubbing carbonation, it was very sessionable.
