Lives up to its label, which too many don't. Holy pepper, Batman! Balances well, an enjoyable diversion

P: Hazy amber, fine tan one finger had that dissipates fairly fast but leaves great lacing.
A: Not much special here. Lemon, malt and yeast.
T: Real lemon lime first, fresh bread, malts, strong Caribbean spice.
M: Spice on the tongue, well rounded, nicely carbonated, slight bitterness. Looking lasting pepper corn.
O: I actually like this Farmhouse Ale, it has some interesting tastes and mouth feels that the modern asked seem to becoming far too predictable! Well done CBC.

Pours a nice cloudy straw color with a hint of amber/red. Smells fantastic and just like pink peppercorns, honey, cloves and citrus. Little to no head. Nice taste with a mild heat that lasts start to finish. Medium with nice carbonation.

The pepper is a very favorable with the rye and lend a different and exciting flavor to this CBC farmhouse ale.

Hazy orange gold. Little to no head. Smell of yeasty honey spices. Taste brings the same with the hint of rye and a spicy peppercorn finish. Nice carbonation with a fizzy bite up front and smooth wash at the end. Overall delicious and very drinkable. Hope to buy it again.

Appearance: Pours a slightly hazy amber color; the head is strong and leaves plenty of streaky lace

Smell: Biscuity and spicy, with rotting stone fruit and clove tones

Taste: Biscuity malt flavors with apple and rotting stone fruit elements building; after the swallow, the peppercorn and clove flavors hit the taste buds and continue to build, with the heat of pink peppercorns starting to dominate the finish; the malt is also pronounced in the tail end as well

Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; heat on the tongue

Overall: While I didn't mind the heat, I was not crazy about the phenols here; the rotting fruit was somewhat unpleasant
