From the source.

A- Tap to tulip pour with a clear pale gold body and a tiny white foam. Foam falls to nothing and there is no lace.

S- Tart lemons of the top with lactic and a touch of acetic; sour for Brett. Sour fruits, cherry, straw and spice.

T- Again the tartness dominates and seems uncharacteristically sour for a fully Brett beer as lactic and acetic shine. Lemon, underripe stone fruits, straw, slight base grains, berries, spice and vinous pale fruit esters. Some barn must funk.

MF- Very dried out light body with a slightly frothy texture. High end crisp carbonation and a sour finish.

Brett is different than I have been accustomed to. So much tartness dominating the palate with hints of funk, straw and fruits.

Keg at EBF.

Hazy straw almost golden colored with a light fizzy head.

Nose is a bit funky, tart lemony fruit, lacto like acid, light horse blanket, hint creamy malty.

Taste funky, light horse blanket, hint acidity and light tart citrus, creamy malt, bright tropical fruit like guava. Dry light tart finish finish, drinkable.

Mouth is lighter bodied, decent carb.

Overall not bad, a nice addition of cream ale and funk, funk is not overpowering, a bit more malty flavors would have been a bit nicer.
