750ml bottle, label says ABV 7%. Very hazy copper orange (too hazy to see through), with foamy head that settles pretty quickly. Slight smell of some tropical hops. Tastes of slightly bitter and aged tropical fruits. Mouthfeel is crisp, slight carbonation, substantial body. Overall, this is a good beer, not that distinctive though and has a little bitterness.

Had this bottle for a little while, no date though.
Pours very clear golden straw color, light fluffy head great lacing.
Nose big Brett, combination of Brett C and Brett B, big earthy barnyard B funk, horse blanket, with pineapple tropical Brett C little tangy, straw malt and sweet blond malt, mild grassy floral hops and tropical citrus too I think.
Taste brings a sweet malt, blond malt and a little straw, big Brett funk again, Brett B horse blanket barnyard funk, mild Brett C pineapple and tropical notes, tropical fruits even banana and citrus, then grassy floral hop with a little bitterness. Finish is dry, little more grassy hop bitterness, big Brett funk lingering, some Brett B funk and some Brett C pineapple notes, fair citrus.
Mouth is med bod, decent carb though I expected more.
Overall really interesting, Brett characters are great, hops are nice but I wish they were more predominant but probably faded with age and Brett strengthening. Still a very nice Brett beer.

Poured from a 750 ml into a stemmed goblet,
A - Autumn straw, gentle carbonation feeds a quickly evaporating thin cap. A string of fine lacing clings in fine fashion.
S - Initial fruits on the tropics side, yields to sweet malts, yeast esters, a kiss of Brett, some tannins are pronounced.
T - Papaya, dark tropical fruits, sweet, then a young Brett bottle condition offers hints of the beers tragectory.
M - Medium in body, a bit slick with an underlying tart potential. Finish is leathery and wet.
O - A fine offering from CBC, they are on a roll with the 750 ml program. One delightful offering after another.
Cheers
