Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a 12 fl oz bottle on July 29, 2017. Look is deep gold brew with a creamy head and lingering lacing. Smells is citrus and floral. Tastes is hoppy with a hint of fruit. Feel is somewhat oily.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass. Pours cloudy orange with a fluffy white head. Smells of peach, overpowering everything else. Tastes of peach and a tad bits of citrus. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a slightly above average beer.

Pours a deep golden brew with white creamy head that hangs around a bit. Lots of lacing with this one, smells of (mostly) citrus hops with maybe some floral hoppy notes in it. Although this is branded as a Peach IPA, mostly just tastes of the IPA part. No presence of the Peach in the IPA at all. Slightly oily mouthfeel at the end to prevent the beer from finishing dry. Overall, not a bad IPA, just not a good one either. I've certainly experienced better from SNBC.

6/16/17...clear cloudy copper with scant white foam adrift at the top. Soft peach nose, very faint. Soft citrus taste, light bitter bite. The peach is very faint and doesn't control the whole beer. Very light. Decent, but unremarkable. No need for SNBC to bring this one back, a rare dud.

355ml bottle poured into a teku glass.
Hazy orange amber in color with lots of small and big real peach sediments, it tops with thick creamy off-white head that stays with pretty good retention before gradually subsiding to a long-lasting foamy patch atop and leaving lots of lacing on the glass-side.
The aroma is mild with notes of citrus and lime in the lead. Then it is grass, earth, and mild spice. Malt is upright with its bread, dough, and grain while peach in the addition is a bit subdued but of course it is there.
Real peach becomes much bolder in the taste together with the other hop flavors of citrus, lime, spice, earthy and grassy bitterness. Malt is a base of the flavor structure with its grain, dough, and bread. Rather strong hop bitterness wraps the finish up and lasts a while in the aftertaste together with some residual fruit and peach.
The body is medium with smooth mouthfeel and moderately crisp carbonation. The overall feeling is okay and not that dry comparing to the other IPAs.
Peach here is rather mild. Please let it stay for a while in order to let its peach unfolded for the peach of mind.

This IPA pours a brownish orange color with a medium white frothy head and large floating debris so it is very obviously unfiltered. The smell is mostly standard IPA, heavy on the citrus aspects, with some light peach, but it is pretty subtle. It is a lot less subtle in the flavor though. There is a lot of citrus character with bold grapefruit and orange notes, but the peach comes out to play in equal measure. There are more mild flavors of caramel, toasted bread, and some grassiness to round it out. The body is medium. I have to first mention that it is a bold move to create a very obviously unfiltered beer for a very mass market release since some of the less beer savvy customers might be alarmed. I really hope that doesn’t affect the reception of this beer though. This beer is super refreshing and summery and a good alternative to the typical summer saisons, etc. for the beer lover that appreciates a little more body and hoppiness. Prior to trying this beer I was pretty intrigued by the idea of a peach IPA and I feel like this delivered pretty well. I hope it becomes a recurring addition to Sierra Nevada’s roster.

Pours a cloudy maize color. 5/4 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of peach, citrus hops, slight piney hops, and sweet malt. Fits the style of a Fruit / Vegetable Beer. Mouth feel is smooth and clean, with an average carbonation level and noticeable bitterness. Tastes of peach, citrus hops, piney hops, and slight sweet malt. Overall, good quality peach, simplistic, weaker body than I hoped, but good appearance and feel.
