12 ounce bottle poured into a wine glass. Pours a hazed lemony straw color with a robust white cap. Offers good retention and leaves lots of lacing on the glass.

Tart and fruity on the aroma, with some lemon and floral hops with some agitation. Vinous Sauvignon Blanc notes. Taste is lactic sour, balanced and lightly fruity on the finish. Spritzy finish, smooth and easy on the palate. An easy drinking Berliner with a muted sourness. Not quite traditional perhaps but quite approachable.

Poured from a 12oz bottle into a speiglau tulip glass.

Look is a hazy golden yellow with a thin white head.

Aroma is a funky horse blanket, not much of the dry hopping notable.

Taste is like a saison/ Berliner weisse blend. Funky and slightly sour.

Pretty good on a hot night.

Here comes another one of my fave beers from the Beer Camp 12 pack of 2017. Pours a slightly hazy golden colored beer, nice use of wheat and its particulate to make a visually pleasing beer with 2/3" white head. Aroma smacks of tart wheat, mild dry hopping and an almost berry like yeast contribution. Complex and straightforward at the same time.

Taste is a nice dry, tart, light bodied, well carbonated beer. Just the right amount of levity in the mouthfeel. Traditional tartness, this isn't a lactic sour wild ale masquerading as a traditional style. They went right into the berliner wheelhouse and came out with something close to tradition but with a little American spike on it. The dry hopping is subtle and far from overpowering. They ended up with a real good beer here.

L: Slightly hazy straw color with a small fizzy head.

S: Tart citrus.

T: Very lemony, including lemon-like sourness. Some wheat after the tartness subsides. Only subtle hints of hops.

F: Refreshing and light bodied. Dry finish.

O: This is my first taste of the Beer Camp Across the World pack, and so far so good. I'm sure sours aren't for everyone, but I like them and this one is really good. I might buy a few of these every summer if it was available by itself.

Hazy pale straw yellow with two-and-a-half fingers of dense white head that leave thick rings of lacing.

Tart yeasty aroma with flashes of lemon and lightly floral hops. Maybe some other light citrus, soap and biscuit malt behind.

Bigger tasting than I expected. There's almost a creaminess to the feel and the taste alike. Like a lemon-orange creamsicle with fresh-cut grass (hops) thrown in; one made with real fruit so it's more tart than sweet.

This is more citrusy and even slightly more tart than most Berliners I've had, and the grassy dry-hopping is something else entirely. It's almost got a weedy quality to it, which plays off the lemon in a really interesting way.

Not traditional by any stretch of the imagination, but a very fun beer to try. Great addition to the sampler. Bottled 4/18/17.

It is a bright gold color with a faint haze. There is a small white head.
Tart fruit aroma. Grainy.
Tart lemon taste. A little grape. Bready background.
Light-bodied. Crisp and dry,
Good summer beer.

The color is light gold with a light haziness. There's a half inch of tightly packed off white on top. The aroma is of pale wheat and faint green apple. I'm tasting pale wheat, faint green apple, and faint white grapes. The mouth is light, delicate, and crisp.

Poured into a tulip. Pours a clear straw color with good carbonation and a fingernail head. Aroma is puckering sour. Taste is a puckering sour with a touch of hops on the finish. Light body and high carbonation.
It would've improved the beer if it was more hops. It was sour, not tart, and some floral hops would've done some good.

Appearance - Pours slightly hazy and golden yellow in color with an off-white, finger width head that fizzes away in under a minute, giving way to a mostly barren surface with a razor thin ring of suds around the edge of the glass. No lacing.

Smell - The aroma is mildly tart with hints of lemon and tangerine. Faint banana and... sulfur??

Taste - Lemon tartness upfront and throughout with a touch of orange. Fair mineral character hits mid-taste, including a touch of that sulfur that I picked up in the nose. Finish continues with the tart lemon flavor.

Mouthfeel - Light-bodied with bitey carbonation. Goes down smooth with a crisp, refreshing finish.

Overall - I'm not particularly familiar with the style so a difficult one to judge, but I will say while the tartness and body was refreshing, I didn't find the brew to be particularly complex as described on the bottle, nor was I big on the mineral quality I found with it.
