With Hop Bullet, we’re using a new technique, hitting the beer with a double-barreled blast of Magnum hops and lupulin dust—pure, concentrated hop flavor—directly into the tank to emphasize the intense pine and citrus flavors of classic West Coast hops.

A beer for every hop head to try but the finish is almost too bitter. One of the best smelling beers.

Love it alot. I have never written a review before so here goes. I love this beer and was wondering how to get sponsored. I love the crisp hoppy taste of hop bullet double ipa. It makes me feel good and it is invigorating. Just wanna say how good the beer tastes and feels. It smells good too especially when it is freshly opened and it smokes a little. Overall I love hop bullet double ipa laguanitas.

From a 12oz bottle, dated 01/03/18 in very faint white ink. Served in a spigelau-style IPA glass.

Pours a crystal clear copper-amber-gold with some tiny-bubbled carbonation and three fingers of loose, bubbly suds. Retention is good and leaves a curtain of bubble-cratered lacing.

Big, biscuity, malty nose with pears and gardenias.

Taste is big, round and sweetly malt-forward with substantial supporting bitterness. Orange peel and spruce. Vaguely resinous, well bittered, finishes with orangey, mouth-coating hop oils.

Feel is smooth, oily and mouth-coating, medium bodied and decently carbonated.

Overall, a pretty good DIPA, fairly well balanced but tending toward the malty side. Not super complicated but enjoyable enough to get the job done for sure.

Poured from a nottle, dated 1/8/18, so it's at 2 months old.

Looks nice, crystal clear orange gold with a thin layer of white foam.
Smell is dank piney hops, some orange citrus. Pretty clean aromas but it is not super strong or complex.
Tastes good, pine and light grapefruit rind. Some hints of cracker grain malt but it is obviously hop focused.
Solid bitter feel with a clean finish.

A nice solid IPA, very clean flavors and classic feeling. No crazy complex fruit things, just good pure classic hops.

Pours a clear gold with slight head that lasted throughout the beer. Smell is really nice tropical hops. Taste is hop-balanced between hop flavor and bitter. Very smooth for an 8% DIPA, but lacks some depth compared to the great DIPAs. Above average beer I would purchase again.

Very easy drinking for a filtered 8%, hops showcased well on the nose and the palate is balanced. Would have been a show stopper two years ago. Recommended

12oz bottle. Pours orange with a half finger of white head. Citrus and pine resin smell. Medium, slightly sticky feel. Juicy and citrusy taste with a sweet malt undertone. Well done.

In my never ending quest to drink as many different beers before I leave this Earth I decided to pick this up against my own better judgment. I’m not an IPA-guy but I do try anything and everything so I went ahead and gave it a shot (no pun intended.) Boy was I glad I did...

The appearance was a golden-yellow coloration with a slight tinge of orange; the smell was juicy, citrusy, and very hop-forward, and the mouthfeel prrsented as light and crisp, though carbonated had more than I like.

This was certainly one of the better double IPAs that I have enjoyed, it was very juicy without an overwhelming hop bitterness detracting from the overall experience. I do frankly believe Sierra Nevada has something special with this brew.

A great alternative to torpedo. This beer doesn't effect my mental stability like a couple of torpedoes does. Has an earthy hoppy taste with a nice finish. A very nice taste with a hint of bitter hop.
