12oz served into a Dog Fish Head shaped pint glass.

A - Pours a clear golden body with a bright white foamy head.

S - Sulfuric lager yeast, grassy hops, lemons, spice.

T - Spicy noble hops, yeast really comes through and shines above a clean pilsner malt base. Some lemon zest on the back end. Finishes super crisp.

M - Lively carbonation, light body, clean and crisp.

I always look forward to this offering. It's a very clean and refined beer.

Poured into a pint glass.

A: Pale golden yellow with a two-finger, white, fizzy head that lasted several minutes. Nice lacing.

S: Citrus hops and bready malt.

T: Light sweetness and light bitterness. Mild flavor overall but quite toasted.

M: Light bodied with fizzy carbonation.

O: Nice refreshing pilsener. Above average.

A: Clear, yellow, bubbly, very carbonated, a nice color.

S: Slight malt, hops, a familiar pilsner aroma. Mild, a bit grassy, a bit sweet.

T: Nice hoppy grassy flavor, just a tad sweet, a very crisp and fast finish. A little lemony. Very nice. Could use just a bit more malt and a little more diversity in hop selection, but otherwise very good.

M: Crisp, carbonated, light, but fitting for a pilsner.

O: A good, drinkable pilsner, there are definitely worse examples of this. Not incredibly interesting, but very easy to go through a six of this on a hot day. Very nice taste as well.

a very refreshing summer beer with a little more flavor than its peers. pours a see through blonde color with a very prominent thick foaming white head into a pilsner glass. smells like a traditional pils, bready malts and balanced earthy hops. this one has a little bit of fruit in the nose and in the taste too, but without being sweet or even distracting. its almost like lemongrass in it, but its not quite strong enough to place exactly. love the malt profile on this one, its got plenty of flavor, some zest, and gives a medium body to an otherwise very light beer. great carbonation makes it down easy. a great summer session beer for those who need a bit more happening.

Crystal clear pale straw color, bright white rocky head that dissipates rather quickly. Sweet grains and earthy/grassy hops on the nose. Some tin and medicinal smells beneath it all. dry biscuits.

Sugared biscuit sweetness has a soft presence on the tip of the tongue. Brisk carbonation, medium body carries sweetness over the tongue until an earth hop presence comes in and acts as a balance. Earthy and grassy, slightly buttery finish. Leaves a certain dirt like spiciness in the mouth along with a faint sweetness. Very drinkable with agreeable flavors. Pretty complex but not overly so, faint flavors of tobacco, tin, and lemon grass.

Not bad at all.

A straw gold color and eggshell head. It looks refreshing and tasty.

Pislner malt, straw, grass. It's a refreshing and subtle aroma. it gives every indication that this beer will be crisp and refreshing while light in body and flavor.

Sweet pale malt and earthy hops. Neither is overpowering and flavors balance out very well. The beer is light bodied and refreshing and finishes semi-dry. It's a great beer for a warm summer's day.
