Aroma on the beer is of some citrus, toasty malt, and a bit of sweetness as well. Pretty appetizing.
Taste has a body that has some definite notes of citrus on it, as well as a bit of toasted/bready malt to it with some sweetness. The sweetness comes out more as the swallow progresses. Toasted and husk flavors are present at the finish. There's also a smattering of light hop bitterness that has a pilsener type quality to them that finish out the beer.
I like a lot of beers from Sierra Nevada, but this could be one of the best. It's not one that gets a lot of talk, but I found it to be very very drinkable. Really, it has quite a bit in common with some oktoberfests that I've had.

This is a real pretty beer, both when being made and the final product. Dark yellow, big 1" head white. The aroma is pretty neutral.
Taste still leans hoppy for style true to form for Sierra Nevada, this one drops plenty of wheat and barley, lemon like feels. Lots of pleasantries for someone who doesn't like the over bittering hopping, this one has it above average for style, but stays in check otherwise. Definite breadiness. Hearty carbonation. Has a dry and almost chalk like finish after a full mouthfeel gamut of bread feels.
