pint glass, bottled on the 7th day of 2011.
a - pours a deep golden color, transparent with lots of bubbles streaming to the top. gave me a finger of white foamy head that calmed to a thin cap and stuck around. got a few legs of lace here and there.
s - slight carmel malt with grassy hop character.
t - starts off kind of sweet and toasty, then a nice spicy bitterness takes over the middle of the tongue to balance it out. finish is a little sticky and bittersweet.
m - medium in body with plenty of carbonation and a sticky, mouth coating action.
o - overall a decent beer, especially on a hot summer day. would buy this again, though it certainly wouldn't be my first pick at the beer store.

This is a real pretty beer, both when being made and the final product. Dark yellow, big 1" head white. The aroma is pretty neutral.
Taste still leans hoppy for style true to form for Sierra Nevada, this one drops plenty of wheat and barley, lemon like feels. Lots of pleasantries for someone who doesn't like the over bittering hopping, this one has it above average for style, but stays in check otherwise. Definite breadiness. Hearty carbonation. Has a dry and almost chalk like finish after a full mouthfeel gamut of bread feels.
