A: Very clear amber, sort of like a sunset bronze. Thick creamy head.

S: Very hop dominant. I'd say mostly cascade and centenial. Very good hop smell, really fragrant from the whole cone wet hops. One of the top beer's in terms of citrus and floral hop aroma.

T: Big hop notes. Lemon, grapefruit, melon, tangerine and black pepper are what I get from the profile. Probably cascade and centenial hops used. This is all rounded off with a pretty balanced malt character that is mostly crystal and caramel malts. California ale yeast is probably used and has a subtle bready flavor.

M: Medium body with high carbonation. Very bitter (nice)

O: This is a truly impressive IPA.

A: Bright golden orange, huge head, lots of lacing and excellent head retention. Can't ask for more in an IPA.

S: Floral, pine-y, some grapefruit skin in there too. Quite dank.

T: Huge pine and floral hop flavors, almost masking the caramel and somewhat nutty malts.

M/O: No doubt this beer is about those fresh, wet hops almost to the point of astringency. I do prefer a bit of sweetness to my IPAs though. Still, a worthy purchase if in need of a hop fix.

bottle into pint glass

A - Light copper color with an excellent 2 finger thick creamy white head. absolute excellent retention with superb lacing through out.

S - Floral bitter goodness.

T - perfection could almost describe it. Bitterness is complemented by the citrus-y hint that follows. this brew really embodies what a wet hop should be about.

M - Excellent medium body. Bitter beginning with a citrus-y taste finish. Coats the pallet perfectly. Bottom line; this is the way its suppose to be. find it now.

22oz Bottle poured into a Duvel tulip at fridge temp. There is a date on the bottle 1-26.

A. Clear copper colored body with a golden hue. 1.5 finger off-white head leaves behind sticky lacing. Carbonation is streaming off of the laser etching.

S. Very strong pine and citrus. Freshly squezzed hop juice come to mind.Orange peel also some lemon. I get some floral notes. I definately get a kind of a bread crust in the back end.

T. Very bitter, stings the tounge. Pine sap, lemon and pineapple are dominant, and rounded out by the dry grains in the finish.

M. Good medium feel, nice body. Bitter, dry finish. Not overly carbonated.

Overall I really enjoyed this beer. If your in the market for a bitter hop bomb,I would recommend. I will be buying more.
