With a fairly hard pour into a frosty pint glass, I get a generous foamy head with sticky lacing. Color is clear copper and feel is medium bodied. Strong hop taste that stays around for a long time. Very enjoyable beer - glad I bought a six pack, and it was on sale for $7.99!

Dark amber with modest white head that leaves sheets of lacing. Pine and orange in the aroma.

Sweet tea, rose petals and cherry malt stand out in the taste, with piney hop bitterness in the aftertaste.

Medium bodied and fairly creamy. Relatively low carbonation.

A bit on the sweet side to my taste, but still pretty good.

AROMA: strong hops, grains, light citrus.
LOOK: Medium brown, a little cloudy with a thick white creamy head.
TASTE: hops and grains all the way. Bready, thick. Got tedious and a bit sour near the end , but a good beer nonetheless.
FEEL: full bodied.

On tap at BC's Pizza & Beer

A: Pours copper amber with a frothy khaki head that settles to a light layer and laces very nicely.

S: Citrus, zesty, floral, spicy, herbal, earthy, fruity, toasty bready malt, and a little dark caramel sweetness.

T: Resinous pine, citrus, grapefruit, orange, lemon, fruity notes, earthy herbal spicy, toasty biscuity malt, and a touch of almost toffee like sweetness.

M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.

O: This has Sierra Nevada's style written all over it. I wish the malt bill was a little lighter, still a nice beer, but I think I prefer Southern Hemisphere better.

These have a darker appearance than most ipas, this one is more of a dark amber to almost light brown exterior, nice 3/4" off white head. Plenty of those big 3 C hops here, Cascade, Centennial and Chinook I would guess.

Its a standard wet hop ale using those classic hop strains. Its good, its not going to be any of that new proprietary tropical fruit type of hops. Pretty much always gonna be a classic. A little expensive in the bomber format, wouldn't mind if they could offer this in 4 packs for the same price of the non wet hop 6 packs, but pipe dreams man. Caramel crystal malt and stuff you know how it goes.
