A- pours a translucent amber color. Two fingers of off white head is produced with an average pour. Decent retention.
S- dry bready malt character up front. Mild fruitiness mingles in the middle with notes of banana chips and sundried apricot. A touch of asprine like aroma is present as well. Finishes clean with a soft leafy herbal hop character.
T- bready malts and a hint of caramel sweetness initially. Light pine like hop flavors balance out the sweetness which transitions into a whisper of green apple. Finishes lager like with a crispness and a strong pale malt flavor.
MF- creamy soft mouthfeel with a smooth slickness. Medium body with an average carbonation.
D- very drinkable with a bit more heft than usual for the style.

Golden pour, lots of clarity, 1/2" white head. Aroma wasn't hoppy, the hybrid yeast situation yielded sweetness.
Taste was a bigger than usual common (6.5%), but it was relatively disguised by the yeasty sweetness to the beer. Good stuff, definitely comparable to Anchor Steam. Good for summer weather. One of the sweeter SN beers I've ever had.
