We owe everything to the land, and to those that cultivate it. Springfest IPA is our tribute to farmers who make it all possible. A vibrant celebration of Spring, this radiant IPA blooms with citrus blossom aromas drawn from organic hops and sustainably sourced barley. It’s a small taste of our larger commitment: to source half our ingredients through sustainable farming by 2030.

Pours a clear gold. Thick foam. Light hop aroma. Big bitter hop body. Bitterness persists. Dry finish. Not really a spring beer in my opinion. To dry for me. Not that good.

Crystal clear light golden color with a small foamy/fizzy white head. Nice fresh hay and dry wood aromas with some pine and catty hop notes. Toasted wood and hay in the taste with a more pronounced catty bitterness with citrus rind and grapefruit notes, but well balanced with some light sugary sweetness. The body is actually slightly creamy but watery at the same time which results in a very high drinkability index. The bitterness seems to build up in the back of the tongue and throat in a thistly way which is also nice. Finishes with a dry, woody flavor with a little residual sweetness and that thistly bitterness. This is a delicious beer that really does seem like Spring in a glass. I hope this will become a regular seasonal from SN.

Many thx to CarolinaCardinals for the can!
A - Light yellow gold pour with moderate carbonation and a dense thin white layer hanging out on top.
S - Bright citrus, grapefruit, and a slight bit of grassy lemon.
T - Grapefruit, citrus, crisp malt backbone, ends with a lingering citrus bitterness on the backside.
M - Medium body with prickly carbonation.
O - Tastes more like a West Coast hoppy Pilsner.

Had on tap. Very appealing looking, light and golden and bubbly. It certainly has a fresh taste, it indeed makes me think of a lush, green spring meadow or something. Feel is light enough to seem almost sessionable.

Poured a clear yellow with a white, lingering foam. Smell of lemon, grass and grain. Mild bitterness on the tongue with a light lemon and biscuit taste. Appropriate mouthfeel, a lighter side of medium. I was a bit skeptical of this brew when introduced, a spring IPA that also suggested notes of a lager. But after tasting, it was a pleasant surprise. An excellent choice for a lighter IPA.

On draft in South Park, San Diego. Been waiting to try this. Super delicious as expected. Great balance of citrusy hops and fresh grain. Good balance, easy to drink. Would buy when I see it on the shelf.

12oz can. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing. It smelled of caramel, orange, grapefruit and resin. Sweet tropical fruit taste with toasted caramel and a piney bitterness.
