On tap at PreFunk. Not sure where all that flavor is hiding, because it doesn’t come across in the nose. Big saison taste however, sweet malt, grass, hops add a drying effect. Finishes fast and a bit flat.

Colorful Amber in color
Spicy, hop aroma
Clarity is an entrancing combination murky and color
Lingering spiciness with hops in the background continuing to poke through
Medium body with med/high carbonation
I drank this on a warm, (Alaskan), evening.
Was expecting a more Nobler hope, but, alas, not present in taste.
Oh well, still a well designed beer, with much potential for food pairings...(which I am saving for beer dinners).

Pours a thin head on a straw body.
The aroma is grainy and barnyard smells.
The taste is moderate bitterness and a fruity background.
The texture is crisp.
Enjoyable.

On tap at The American Craft Beer Fest Yesterday.
Spicy earthy minty bready and lightly funky, not bad.
