This store has a decent selection of your standard Belgian, German, Czech, Macro, Canadian, and Craft Beers. Nothing out of the ordinary, just some tried and true beers. The selection is not as good as other Heinen's that Ive been to, but its still above average. They even had some gift sets with glasses.

Its a grocery store so you have to check the freshness dates. Once again this store isnt up to par with other stores in their chain.

Nothing to be said for their service, its a grocery store. Some Heinen's seem to have a beverage person that will come around and try to help, but I havent seen one at this location.

Their prices seem to be in line with sate minimum pricing.

This Heinen's is not too far from the Westlake border which is over the train tracks. On the outside it's a little different from the other Heinen's I've been too. This is one of the first Heinen's in the area and building sure shows it. It's a big white brick building with almost the same layout inside like most Heinen's. And like most Heinen's they keep some of their beer refrigerated and some at room temp. The fridge is in an odd location. It's located near the produce section and just keep a look out for it, if you visit. The other beer selection is located toward the back down the pop aisle.

I found the service here to be just an average service, just like an average grocery store. Nobody around unless you look real hard and just maybe they might have someone that might be able to help you with your beer selection. Just go to the front desk and see if anybody can help you.

When I first discovered their first beer selection (the refrigerator), I thought "WTF?" All I saw was some Arrogant Bastard, Moylan's, Sierra Nevada, Great Lakes, and all the usual Macros. Then I found their other beer aisle. That beer aisle consisted of Avery's Hog Heaven, Chimay, 3 Monts, Spaten, Bell's, couple of varieties of Unibroue, Dogfish Head, and more beer like that. The prices here are the same as any other Heinen's in the area.

Overall the beer selection wasn't the best for Heinen's, but at least it was above average. If you're in the area and looking for some groceries and beer, I would say this would make a worthy stop.
