Shared 330 ml bottle. Hazy pinkish-peachy colour, white head. Aroma and flavour. of over-ripe raspberries, medium sweet. Not the best from Birra del Borgo.

Copper with a pinkish tinge, cloudy with no visible carbonation, and topped with 1 finger of off white head.
Smells of funky acidity, like Cantillon's brewery, and its really floral and fruity. Its kind of like a kid's pink candy, or ice cream. I get raspberries in there as well.
Highly acidic, relatively dry with a hint of sweetness, and really floral as it was on the nose. There's also a strange bitterness as well, perhaps from the excess yeast that poured in. There's a funk as well and a woody, barrel quality.
Medium, crisp body, with a light, almost fiery carbonation.
Got from Bangkok, drinking in Chiang Mai Nov 5th, 2017. Excellent, quality European brew that reminds me of some of the best Lambics.

11.2 oz. bottle poured into wide-mouthed stick
L: red, clear, pushes up thick head of pink-tinged offwhite foam at least 2 fingers tall that dissipates quickly; a little sticking off the head; keeps an almost full skin of pinkish foam with thick collar; clarity isn't 100%, but the slight mistiness is still easy to see through
S: sharp, sweet fingernail polish; sweet fruit, sweet raspberries mixed with lemon juice; musty barn and old oak wood in background; the musty barn aroma begins taking over relatively quickly
T: yeasty sweet/sour raspberries ... almost a raspberry/lemon candy flavor; bitter, earthy flavor eats into sweetness; fingernail polish/remover; bitter floral flavor coats the mouth in the aftertaste, like licking an air freshener; something is mixed in with the fingernail polish flavor I've not encountered ... it's fruity and floral and somehow artificial, like the way burning plastic smells; as it warms, a musty barn flavor starts taking over, an earthy dirt flavor that isn't overly bitter
F: very full from good amount of carbonation yet lightweight
O: very hard to score overall because it has some fantastic "sour" notes and a couple notes I don't like; very yeasty tasting brew with a couple of unique things about it that do make it quite interesting, even if one of those unique notes is the flavor of burning plastic (?); a one-off for me but worth the trouble

A somewhat hazy deep maroon in color with about a ¼ inch of head. Some lacing present.
Sour fruit dominates the nose - raspberries, citrus, maybe cherry. Funk and acid also present.
Taste is sour/tart raspberries mixed with citrus.
Mouthful is medium to light with medium to light carbonation. Finish is clean and dry.
A smooth ale with wine like qualities that make it enjoyable but the flavors could be more pronounced and the carbonation a bit higher.
