Copper with a pinkish tinge, cloudy with no visible carbonation, and topped with 1 finger of off white head.

Smells of funky acidity, like Cantillon's brewery, and its really floral and fruity. Its kind of like a kid's pink candy, or ice cream. I get raspberries in there as well.

Highly acidic, relatively dry with a hint of sweetness, and really floral as it was on the nose. There's also a strange bitterness as well, perhaps from the excess yeast that poured in. There's a funk as well and a woody, barrel quality.

Medium, crisp body, with a light, almost fiery carbonation.

Got from Bangkok, drinking in Chiang Mai Nov 5th, 2017. Excellent, quality European brew that reminds me of some of the best Lambics.

A deep reddish purple with a pinkish head. Nice clarity. The aroma has raspberries and sour must. Oak and dry wheat arise heavily in the nose. Mildly sour with good raspberry notes and plenty of damp hay. Solid body. Wine like and thoroughly enjoyable.

Pours amber with a quickly fading head.
Nose shows raspberry, soft funk, light clean malt. Delectable.
More raspberry as a flavour, along with a fair bit of acidity. Well balanced though with some light malt underneath.
Could use more carbonation.

Thanks to Mark for sharing this one at the Bruery 2nd Anniversary.

A: The pour is a light pinkish/red color with a short lived white head.

S: A nice fruity raspberry aroma along with a light acidity and some mild/tame funk.

T: The berry flavors really come through here, more so than in the nose. The intense carbonation heightens the acidity that is there and this works nicely with the somewhat minimal funk.

M: As already mentioned, a very highly carbonated beer--almost soda or champagne-like (I haven't quite decided). A light body on this one.

D: One of the better Italian beers I've come across. A nice refreshing sour/fruit beer that would be nice for the hot weather.

Draft at Open Baladin Roma in Rome, Italy.

Pours a bright ruby red color with a pinkish off-white head that slowly fades into a lastig ring. Chunks of soapy lacig left behind. Not the best color but still looks pretty nice.

Subtle funk in the nose but aroma of this beer is just bursting with fresh juicy raspberries. It's so prominent that it seems almost artificial like a syrup was used. It's also a bit seedy and all of the raspberry character starts to overpower the other notes. Still, it smells really good.

Thinner bodies than expected and unfortunately doesn't lie upto the nose. Slightly tart and funky but not very sour or acidic. Again, the raspberries dominate the flavor and the result is a lot of overwhelming sweetness. Sutle earthy funk but tastes more like a dessert drink.

Had a pizzaria paradiso a while ago...Would call this a fruit beer over a wild ale.

A: Like a sparkling rose (wine) in color, no head but pretty.

S: Tons of raspberry seed, pure fruit and butter essence. No tartness or malt to speak of, but interesting and amazingly fresh fruit aromas.

T: Taste is like raspberry soda. Too sweet without any leveling tartness or malt to contradict.

M: Very carbonated like draft soda. Too much for sure.

O: It's ok but I would avoid this.
