On Tap at the Brewery – 11/15/2014
Taster from flight

A: Golden straw blonde body with a slight cloudy look. Good have finger of ivory cream comes to rest at top and hold over for some time. Lightly broken tracked lacing clings to the glass after every sip.

S: Smells like coriander spice with some Farmhouse Saison like yeast qualities. I get a bit of grainy malt to it and a few peppercorns mixed in. Not all that impressive but what is here is nice and to be expected.

T: Grainy malts with a light smoky phenol note and Belgian yeast spices such as coriander and pepper. I get some vanilla sweetness to this as well. Low amount of bitterness and no alcohol to report. Finishes out dry with a flush of more peppery spices.

M: Lighter body with a nice even froth from the carbonation. Finishes out very dry and crisp with a clean retreat.

D: This was okay but really not their best work. Seems kind of out of place or just uninspired I guess. Appealing to the opposite gender perhaps.
