9/26/08- Purchased at Glen Beverages in Glen, NH.
Presentation- 22oz bottle with a bottling year on the bottom of the label. Poured into my Duvel glass.
Appearance- Off yellow, maybe approaching a light rust orange in color. Fairly creamy 1/2 inch head on the pour. Settles at a nice rim and leaves some sticky light patchwork behind.
Smell- Heavy yeast nose and a mild sweet malty nose as well. Seems fruity with a light whiff of funk.
Taste- Seems kinda of hefe-like as well as saison-like. Really not much of a funk flavor as I was hoping for. More of a candied sugar, a touch of bubble gum-clove action and some peppry notes. Pretty sweet with a tropical twist to it. Good warm weather pool beer.
Mouthfeel- Hefty carbonation level and a light sticky sensation.
Drinkability- Not really a top saison in my book. Tasty, but not really per style IMO.

2013 purchased at Kenny Road Market in Columbus, Ohio for $2 in 2015 and enjoyed September 9, 2015 in a MadTree tulip/snifter.
Look - Thick bubbled white head was there but gone before the picture. None left. No lacing. Very clear cider like body.
Smell - Sour. Apple. Pineapple. Strawberry.
Taste - Cider like apple/sour. Yeast. Malt. Cinnamon.
Feel - Carbonation surprises me with look. Heavy.
Overall - This is a two year old farmhouse. I didn't have high expectations. Mainly a cider compared to saison.

I love this beer. Light, FUNKY, and a bit floral. Definately a farmhouse ale. FUNKY but not sour. Quite refreshing. Great Spring, Summer and Fall beer.

L: Pours cloudy gold under a thin yet lace white foam collar. S: Citrus, banana, yeast, overripe fruit. T: Fruit, spice, citrus, banana, bready malt, a balance of tart and sweet. F: Fine soft carbonation and a medium body. O: A well balanced, easy to drink Farmhouse Ale.
