12oz poured into pint glass
A: A tan shaving cream head sits on top of a foggy auburn brown brew
S: Mild notes of general ale smells, plus a whiff of cherries
T: Clean hops, then tart, very dry cherry, dry like wine
M: Tart, pucker
D: Half is enough

12 oz bottle best by date July 2010
Purchased in 2010 did not like it back then. Had one bottle left and a have been avoiding it ever sense. Tired of looking at it in the back of the fridge and decided to open it for fun. Poured a dirty amber with a decent off white head. Noticed a few particles of sediment at the bottom of the glass. The intrepid first sip was a surprise, nice mouthfeel and good carbonation. This tasted like sour or lambic with some nice cherry notes. I thought this was going to be a drain pour, but it turned out to be pretty good. I'm not sure what matured, the beer or my taste?
