Clear copper hue, thin but tight head leaves a lace. Mild bitterness, citrusy hop flavor. Light biscuit malt flavor. Lightly bodied but w/ a smooth mouthfeel. Finishes crisp, dry, and clean. Not an impressive pale, but its refreshing nature makes it quite drinkable.

When I had this beer in July 2007, it was designated as "Organic" Pale Ale and while I do not know if they continue to offer a non-organic version, I am doing my review here, rather than adding to the data base. Corrections are welcomed.

This cane to me with a medium bone-white head that withered in the heat. It had a mildly hoppy nose. The color was a solid amber with NE-qulaity clarity. The mouthfeel was medium-to-full with a light hoppy flavor accompanied by a slight grainy sweetness. The finish was more sweet than dry. I would stick with the Pilsner.

A - Pours a cloudy golden yellow, some carbonation, small head, nice lacing afterwards.

S - Scents of hops, sweet malts, and yeast.

T - The taste is hoppy, slighty sweet, slighty bitter with a nice clean finish.

M - Medium body.

D - Drinkable. Pretty tasty brew, would recommend.

Organic Pale Ale

A: Honey/Copper in color, nice foamy head with lacing, about 1/2".

S: Hop bitterness is amazing. Great earthy/fruity notes from the hops, finishes with a sweet caramel and biscuit.

T: Great subtle bitterness to it. (Gotta love those pacific gems) Hop bite finishes itself off in the back of the mouth.

B: Medium body/average.

Notes: This is our only current 100% organically made brew. Hops and Grains. This is one of my favorite local brews. Cheers down to the boys of RedRock.
