Appearance is pretty coppery, clear, decently effervescent. The taste is a pretty crisp wheat beer with a very light apple sweetness, and a decent tartness to finish it off. Pretty refreshing, not a bad beer at all, but pretty one dimensional for my liking. For what it's trying to be, I think it succeeds though - would be popular with th ose who like ciders and prefer drinking wheat beers and middle of the road lagers and ales.

Had this at the Bryant lake Bowl on tap. I have been trained that apple flavors in beer are an off-flavor so I approach this beer with more than a little trepidation.
A: Crystal clear copper amber with a ½” quickly dissipating white foam collar.
S: bread and apple aromas
T: It starts sweet and quickly becomes tart with a green apple finish
F: Light, refreshing and effervescent.
O: This is almost a cider with a very light malt touch. I am not a fan but cider lovers and non-beer drinkers might like it.

Smells like cream soda, doesn't taste like one though. Also doesn't taste like a cider. Kind of bland and dry

On-tap at Three Cellars, Franklin, WI:

Pours deep golden with champagne-like bubbles rising to form a thin white head. Some lacing sticks.

The smell is between apple juice and apple cider.

The taste is of apple with some cracker/bread. Crisp finish.

Crisp and refreshing, it's a cream ale with apple juice. And, that's what it is.

On tap, pours with a small head. Great blend between cider and cream ale.

Light body. Reminds me of Redds. Sweet caramel apple aroma. Pretty good tasting. Kind of tastes like Spotted Cow with apples. Slight banana flavors as well. Not up there with New Glarus Apple Ale, but would drink again.
