12oz bottle split with oglmcdgl, thanks for the shot. Poured in some small glasses at the compound.
Boombalatty has a apricot orange color and a weak head that reached an inch before lowering into nothing. No lace from this one. This pretty much smells like orange jolly ranchers mixed with some fruity yeast. Tastes of oranges apricots and some cereal like tastes. Hops are not really in the picture. The feel is between light and medium with some carb, nothing to exciting, goes down smooth but kinda dead. I could see going for one of these in the summer, but would not seek it out on the regular.

Found this the other day at my local bottle shop, so I assume it's no longer retired. Cloudy pour with a head that fades into a persistent ring. Ample lace. A layer of yeast residue lines the bottom of the bottle. Moderate clove and banana aroma. Hints of bubblegum and banana in the flavor with a brief, bitter finish. Moderately chewy mouthfeel.
Overall I'd rate this higher than New Belgium's Trippel -- the flavor is more nuanced.

Unknown vintage; drank 7/23/15 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque orange appearance.
Big eggnog head which quickly dissipated; decent lace.
Banana, clove & faint orange citrus notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Caramel & banana flavors up front; dry clove finish.
Not a game-changing Belgian pale, but nice enough.

Tastes much like a Belgian witbier. Fruity and somewhat sweet. A good brew, but not one of my favorites.

Pleasant cloudy brew. Not much "heft" nor aroma that you would expect of a "Belgian Style".
Got it as part of a "Beer of the month club" so maybe it was damaged in transit.

This beer pours a pale gold with a small head. The aroma offers a yeasty smell of banana, clove, and wheat chex. The flavor is also rather cereal like, with mild clove, banana, and mango. The mouthfeel is light with huge carbonation. Overall I found this rather disappointing - it lacsk body and depth and the flavors are quite muted.
