Poured out a clear, golden color with almost no head to speak of. It smelled floral with sweet caramel and bready malt. Nice caramel flavor with a very mild bitter hop bite. Crisp and light bodied.

a simple but well made blonde type ale here, very easy drinking, fast finishing, and professionally done. perhaps not the most inspired beer these guys ever made, but i appreciate the level of execution and would drink a handful of these just about anytime or anywhere. i think the texture counts for a lot on beer like this, and this one is lively on the carbonation, light on the body, and minimal on yeast characteristics other than finishing dryness, so its refreshing and bright, approachable but not boring either, as the flavor does have a little honey note from the pale malt as well as a touch of citrusy hops without bitterness, nice balance without heft. maybe a light floral vibe through the middle of this, but really more of a nice clean beer flavored beer that hits the mark as a thirst quencher. it was nice with a fried catfish po boy but would be solid with a range of flavorful foods. it also occurs to me that this would be a pleasant morning beer, say around a bbq pit, although i have yet to experiment with it in this context. one of the better light beers i have had from uinta...

Yeah, I'm a sucker for beers with bears on the can but most of what I've been able to obtain from Uinta was enjoyable, if not award-winning, and it's not often that I can get my hands on an American Blonde Ale. This was picked up when I was on the road a while ago as it was Release Number 4 in this series. Like their other beers, this wouldn't win any wards but it was a great session beer and a good take on a style that many don't attempt to brew...

Of course, this had a golden hue to it as there was a decent amount of dark sediment floating in it, although none of it seemed to settle at the bottom. Not a lot of head topped this off and the lacing left behind was quite fine and sparse with most of it being concentrated near the top of my pint glass. Lots of grain and cereal in the typical nose with a bit of apple in the mix as well. The taste was basic, balanced, and had a bit of potato chip crispness to it as well. Lots of malt here bordering between standard and caramel though there wasn't any stickiness in the aftertaste.

There wasn't any booze to be found here either as this was a textbook a session beer as one could find. I had no idea that Great Smoky Mountain National Park was featured on this can but I like the idea behind this beer. Best by 6/27/18 with #UNTHINKABLYDRINKABLE below it, that hashtag was a fitting way to sum up this ale...

It pours a pale little hazy yellow color with a good white head that lingers. The smell is of malts and some bread also. The taste is of malts but a thin amount then a mild bite of hops at the end. The feel is a bit light but not watery with good carbonation visible. Overall a well balanced drink to the taste and good for a summer afternoon.

I picked this beer up off a single shelf at the Kroger near my house. It is the series 2 version. It poured a very slight hazy yellow with thin head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had hints of grain. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with grain presence. The mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's ok.

Can from Brewers Haven. Golden pour with huge fluffy head.. Mild aroma and taste, and a small hops bite that is more pils than golden. Nice lighter brew, but a bit off style.

Medium white head, golden look, a little bit hazy but quite light in color. Classic blonde look. Nose and taste are both very malty. It's on the dry side and isn't too sweet, but there is some honey to the taste. It's quite flavorful, especially for the style and ABV. The hops are barely present here - if you like malty blonde ales with bold flavor, then you'll like this. I happen to like those myself. Not the best blonde ale I've had, but above-average for the style.

The artwork itself makes this worthwhile. It's a rotating system of 4 different national parks. I got release #3 with Arches National Park - the most Utahn of them all.

Poured from a can into a 20 oz. glass.

An alluring hazy, deep golden color specked with effervescence is capped by a pure white, finely laced head. The smell is similarly gravitational, a crisp breeze of bright malts and citrusy hops.

Slightly acidic and sharp mouthfeel with a pleasantly long lasting wheaty sweetness. Great session beer which still manages to offer some depth.

Nice golden color with white cap and lacing.

Aroma of mellow rich malt with some light hops in the background.

Taste on entry is malt forward with a mild caramely undertone. By mid palate there is a hint of hops but not too much. Malt remains constant and the hops reemerge as a burst of bitterness in the aftertaste quickly followed by caramel malt. Simple balanced flavors that are pleasant and would not be challenging to those unaccustomed to craft level hopping.

Medium texture with balancing carbonation.

I don't know if this is intended to be a craft gateway brew but other than some hop bitterness the flavor and texture are at best a baby step away from AALs, which is to say just enough to be noticeable.

Poured from a 12 OZ can into a pint glass. The appearance is a bright gold color with a small white head. The aroma is full of grain with some floral notes. The taste is malt with fruit and hops in the back.
