12 oz can.
Pale golden body with visible carbonation.
Very prominent lime aromas almost completely mask everything else. Lime is still prominent in the flavor but bready malts and light hops are evident. Low bitterness and light body for style.

I tried this from the can poured chilled in a glass.

The color is a lightly hazed gold with 3 fingers of white head with average sized bead and lasting retention.
The smell is a limey fruit nose with slight yeast and malt aroma with almost life-savor-like lime smell that is strong.
The malt is smooth with moderately sweet mouthfeel with a light bitterness and moderately carbonated with a semi-dry finish.

The taste is god with tangy lime in the initial taste with light astringent element and mild malt with subtle sweet cereal and a mild yeast flavor with relatively clean finish yet a lime taste lingers. THe overall enjoyment is pretty high with a lager character that is smooth yet lime gives a refreshing zesty addition

Lime flavor is dominating this until the dry pepper takes over. This is not a beer for those that don’t like lime Budweiser in my opinion. I’m not a fan, but you may like it. I’m not judging.

Poured from a 12 ounce can into a Shaker pint glass, best before" date 01/07/18.

APPEARANCE: pours a cloudy, light golden color with less than one-finger white head that quickly dissipated until only a ring of small bubbles remained around the outside of glass, medium carbonation, there is no lacing present.

SMELL: bread and faint lime.

TASTE: it's bubbly and tastes like lime, there is very little hop presence.

PALATE: medium body and carbonation.

OVERALL: this is a decent lawnmower beer, nothing more, I love Czech Pilsener but honestly it did not taste anything like a pilsener, just fizzy lime, it's more like a soft drink and would appeal to people who don't really like beer, it's still better than bottled water on a hot day.

Poured from a 12 oz can into one of my pilsner glasses, this beer pours a mostly clear, medium, pale golden color with a nice white head that's about an inch thick when poured that eventually settles to a thick ring lining the inside of the glass along with a nice thick film layer of foam on the beer's surface and many streams of little bubbles rapidly and continuously rising to the beer's surface. Decent lacing. Aromas of some bready, grainy malts and a nice citrus lime presence to boot. The taste is pretty much the same, with some bready, grainy malts with a slight sweetness and a bit of an herbal grassiness too that's followed by a nice zesty, citrus lime presence along with an earthy hop bitterness. An overall simple and straight ahead flavor profile that works very well here. Has a crisp, yet smooth, just slightly prickly, light to medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate to heavy carbonation. Has a clean finish and just slightly dry aftertaste. A very nice beer all around here.

A thanks to the czar of Czech Pilsners, woodychandler, for this beer. Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a straw color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of limes, some sweetness. Taste is limes, slightly tart, a bit of grains, no sweetness. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is highly crushable, but not something I would want on a regular basis.

Light yellow color with small white cap.

Aroma primarily of a heavier sort of West Indian Lime with a bit of sweet malt peaking out.

Taste on entry is lime of a much lighter sort, Key West maybe, carried by a malt base but lime is the dominant flavor. Hop level is low enough I can't taste it.

Medium texture with balancing carbonation.

It might be more accurate to call this a lime flavored lager rather than a Pilsner due to the low hop presence. That said it's a relative flawless lightly flavored lager with with more body than the brewer's description implies. The malt sweetness is indeed subtle but there's enough to offset lime tartness creating a refreshing, easy drinking brew.

Look and head are consistent with a good pilsner. The nose is huge tart lime and is quite dominant. Taste is a lot lighter than the aroma and seems to be a touch watery. Overall decent beer but lacks just a bit of pilsener complexity.

L: bright gold with a slight haze permeated with streams of rapidly rising bubbles under a 1" white cap with fair retention

S: Lime dominates the aroma and has a faint solventy gasoline note

T: Lime is the big player on the palate and it does have a slight solvent note

F: The body is medium light and the carbonation is medium high

O: Its a refreshing drink but not enough like a beer

Lime Pilsner brewed by Uinta Brewing Company, with an ABV of 5.30% This Czech Pilsner pours out a nice golden amber color with a thin white head. There is some real thin lacing to this Pilsner. The head an lacing go away fast, not saying that is a bad thing. The smell is rich with lime citrus, grains and malts. Reminds me of summer. There are some mild hop bitterness in the smell of this brew as well. Now for the taste, it is Bold with lime citrus, and mild milts and grains. The lime is a real nice note to this brew. This brew would go nice on a hot summer day. The body of Lime Pilsner is a solid medium, real easy drinking brew. There is nothing overpowering about this brew, it has a nice balance to it. There is also a lot of good flavors, to this brew. Lime Pilsner goes down nice and smooth. The mouth feel of Lime Pilsner is Lime, Crisp ,Smooth , Clean and Refreshing. Overall I'm giving this brew a solid 4 out of 5. I would definitely look this brew up again giving the opportunity to. Uinta Brewing Company, did a good job with this one.
