Decent hop profile, more on the malty side, decent flavor profile but nothing too impressive, especially when compared to hop Nosh. An average pale ale

Poured into a half pint glass: color is copper, transparent, head presents thinly, lingers even thinner, minor lacing on the glass.

Smell is a bit on the sweeter, caramel malt side, touch of biscuit/cracker, hint of earthy hops.

Taste is similar, but maybe a bit muted in maltiness compared to other stand out pale ales. Toasted caramel malt, hints of biscuit, earthy hops.

Mouthfeel is moderate , crisp, bitter, solid.

Overall a good beer with a sweeter, caramel like flavor but otherwise lighter maltiness. Hops are clean and simple in aroma and flavor.

Pours a dark clear copper color with a white head. Smells of caramel, malt, and some hops. Tastes of slightly bitter hops, sweet malt, caramel, and bread. Light-medium mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Overalll a decent APA.

Had this before and gave it a 3.50 on Untappd. Got to try it again on a work trip to Logan, Utah.

Poured a copper amber clear color with two fingers of frothy-to-rocky white head when I got it. Some bubbles coming up from the bottom of the glass. World-class circular foamy lacing. World-class retention. (Sight - 4.25)

Smelled more malty on the nose than hoppy. Got rye, caramel, toffee, lemon, peach, light woody notes and nuttiness. (Smell - 3.75)

Taste followed the nose somewhat. Very dry. Not quite as good as the smell now that I think about it. Malty, earthy rye, lemon zest, caramel, toffee and dry peach. (Taste - 3.50)

Light body. Oily texture. Average carbonation. Long, citrusy finish. (Feel - 3.50)

A tad overwhelmed overall. I think I overrated this one a bit. Logan, Utah, you know? (Overall - 3.50)
