A: Pours a clear, orange-tinged gold with a creamy, lingering white head.

S: Aromas of tangerine, mandarin orange, lemon, lime, grapefruit, herbs, navel orange, biscuit, and crackers are present on the nose.

T: Notes of tangerine, mandarin and navel oranges, lemon, lime, kumquats, grapefruit, fresh herbs, biscuits, cream, and crackers fill the mouth. The finish is pleasant, presenting a surge of biscuit and tart citrus flavors.

M: Medium in body and mildly resinous. Carbonation is prickly.

O: A really nice, really solid American IPA. The flavor profile here is more or less great. Uinta continues to impress me.

On tap at Wise Guys Pizza in Orange, CA.

Raul wasn't too into this one at first like the first ten minutes of his first date with his baby mama; but as it warmed with time, like said baby mama, Raul became more fond of it. A lil too sweet like chewin' on some smarteez, but it's ok enough.

Probably a one and done, but Raul ain't too mad.

Drinking this on 6/30 with a "best before" date of 10/3/14 so it should be fairly fresh.

This is listed at 7.3% but it drinks much more like an 8-9% double IPA with the heavy resin texture on the mouth. Nice appearance, a really nice hop profile on the nose, with some citrus, floral, pine resin all mixed together nicely IMO. This beer is very under-rated and its an outstanding IPA. Very flavorful with a nice full bodied balanced mouthfeel and a citrus/pine hop balance with only moderate bitterness in finish. Definitely a go-to option for American IPA fans and hop heads as this one is easy to find and always available. I highly recommend this brew.
