Hop pour a rich copper color. The aromas are mostly of brown bread and nuts. The taste is an interesting combination, I get some citrus, grapefruit and orange in particular. I also sense a bit of brown sugar. It drinks like a single IPA, but has a much flavor as most doubles. The creamy, smooth texture makes this go down very well.

Really surprised by this one coming out of Utah. CT finally started getting Uinta a few months ago, if I recall correctly. Really great IPA here, not too heavy on the body but with some malt backbone to play with the hops. Hop note is front and center, nice citrus and pine.

Appearance: Gold, lots of particles, good head.

Smell: Nice citrus aroma, lemon.

Taste: Moderate sweetness, then tangerine and lemon citrus come through. Moderate bitterness.

Overall: Picked up a single to try of this new IPA to Minnesota. I was impressed, the tangerine flavor was a unique treat. Interesting lemon flavor also for an IPA.

Every can kissed by St. Hoptimonium himself. Had it most recently out of aluminium. Not as good as the bottle, I have to say. But at $10/6, its a refreshing alternative to the usual suspects in my cooler. I do like the citrus-ness of the hop character and it is not overly malty.
