Reviewed during the last week when out of service area/Wifi in WY/UT. Full phone notes taken at the Watchman Campground, Zion National Park, UT.

A- Poured from the bottle with a light golden, slightly hazy body to a chalice. A white crown tops the beer with a foamy, creamy texture and it reaches just over one finger high. Decent retention. A thick ring and some pillows remain and lace sticks behind in sheets.

S- Mild aromatics with notes of yeast bread, pale fruits, slight citrus and some herbal spicy notes. Not much in the way of hops or malts.

T- Some hops seem to open up to provide another angle to the flavor. They are herbal and spicy probably of the Noble varieties. Notes of light cracked Pils grain, cereal, lemon zest, light fruits, wheat crust and bread form the base.

MF- Silky and foamy light end body. Carbonation is at a medium level and each sip feels crisp and smooth. Lightly bitter in the finish.

Drinks mild but provides plenty of flavor with the yeast doing much of the work while spicy hops smooth things out. Has a nice crusty bread feel I enjoy with the other flavors presented. Great in the Utah heat.

Presentation: It was poured from a brown 12 oz bottle into a pint glass.

Appearance: This one has a clear bright golden body with a tall loose head on top. This head settles down quickly leaving just a few bubbles at the surface and around the edge of the glass.

Smell: There is not much going on here. The aroma is very light. Only a slight citrusy hop presence is noted.

Taste / Palate: The flavor profile is very clean and light. There is a very modest and refreshing cracker like malty base with mild lemony hop bitterness. The finish is quick and fairly dry.
