For awhile, this was my favorite beer. It is readily available and often found on sale for around $7.99 per six pack at the grocery store near me.
Poured from a bottle into a standard pint glass. I think this beer is better served cool rather than ice cold.
A: Cloudy orangish-tan with one finger of head. Floaties at the bottom, with the beer being most cloudy right beneath the surface.
S: Citrus nose with a floral character. Fresh wheat bread and notes of toasted nuts.
T: The watery, smooth body is accompanied well by hints of bananas, fresh lemons and yeast.
D: The little monk on the label holding his belly says it all. This hefe is exceptionally easy to drink. Definitely go for the six pack.
Value: It'd be difficult to find a better hefeweizen for the price, in my opinion.

My favorite wheat beer and German beer. Overall, one of my favorite beers of all time! Love the floral and spice flavor and can't forget the hints of banana.

Among the classic German wheat beers. It's somehow similar with Paulaner Hefe-Weissbier Naturtrüb, but with a more pronounced floral/spiciness/banana flavor and a much bigger head that persists even more (extra thicc foam for the win)!

C: Golden/ blond slightly hazy. Thick three finger head that boils down to a thin band quickly. Almost no lacing.
S: Belgian yeast, spicy, malty hay smell
T: Belgian yeast spice upfront, banana, floral. Sweet malt profile, finishes with a rich bread flavor.
F: Clean, light body, wet. Smooth light effervescence.
Overall: 12fl. oz bottle, no bottled date, best by 29.04.2023, 5%ABV, Poured at 41.2ºF, local purchase don't remember the price. Great beer overall easy drinker that I would have again maybe just not back-to-back as the flavor is very rich.

Poured a 0.5 l bottle in a hefe en glass.
Color is orange hazy with a big head. The smell is yeasty, and bananas, little alcohol. The taste follows nose, yeasty, banana, apple, honey that combine perfectly with a lingering taste. The body is full with good mouthfeel. Refreshing and delicious, one of my favorites.

330ml bottle into a pint glass. Best by 7/1/23, so gonna guess 3 months old.
Looks stellar in the glass. Hazy glowing amber body with a strong thick white head. Scattered lacing.
Really strong aroma of banana, though a little musty, likely the wheat.
On tasting, no mustiness. Very clean, and massive banana flavor. A little sweet. Loving this.
Mouth medium, finish sweet banana.
Overall, a very enjoyable weissbier, happy to have another 5 in reserve.

Weissbier pours a hazy but highly carbonated burnt orange of a color with a fizzy, quick dissipating head. Aroma is more apple, pear fruity aroma as opposed to the banana and clove but there are hints. Also very inviting. The taste follows the nose and it's every bit a delicious hefeweizen. Just spanking good mouthfeel. Leaves a fabulous lingering flavor on the tongue. Overall another fantastic German import of a weissbier.

This is a solid weissbier. Pours a hazy amber with a good, foamy head. Taste is of wheat and yeast. Overall, a fine weissbier. Tastes as good as it did when I first drank it in Germany in 1986. Surprised that AB Inbev has not ruined it the same manner they have so many of the other brands that they own.

Not too much tartness up front. Nice amount of spices on finish. Easy to drink. Owned by AB Inbev.
