Alcohol-free beers take me for when I just do sport. It's the best thing to do to pass the self, moisturize and recover strength without drinking a drink without unnecessary sugars. Half a liter of beer made me fantastic. As a beer, it could be better.

Poured from a 500ml bottle into a tall glass. Aroma is almost unnoticeable, with a faint fruit character. Head is tall and solid, with good retention and some lacing. Carbonation is light. The 'beer' itself is an attractive medium-dark amber, beginning to shade away from orange towards brown, translucent and cloudy.

On tasting, the predominant note is banana, but this is far from overpowering. Body is tending towards watery. This has less of a beer character than Erdinger's equivalent - hoppiness is virtually absent - but is actually a more pleasing drink. A perfectly acceptable substitute for the non-alcoholic occasion, though I can't imagine wanting more than a litre. The taste is not complex and aftertaste is almost absent.

Massive head....cloudy. Aroma of banana and smoky bacon and taste too. Not bad for low alcohol at all.

Will come back to this one even though it does not have duty on it making it very expensive.

500ml bottle. Weizen glass. Deep gold color, cloudy appearance. Crown is close, rocky, white in color & shows fairly good retention. Toasted bread, biscuit & slight citric aromas. Crispy upfront, sweet malty flavor. Medium body. Medium moderate to moderate carbonation. Dense texture. Citric notes & light floral bitterness into a long sweet finish. No artificial flavors but a bit fat drinkability.

The looks are good: fluffy white head and a murky darker orange body
Smeel of mainly bready malt not much clove and maybe a hint of banana
Taste is bready malt, watery, some unpleasant bitterness, wheat sour as well
Very watery feel inspite of the suspended yeast, biting carbonation
Not bad, but also not a proper substitute for the real thing

Purchased at an Ulrich's in Berlin.

Pours a cloudy yellow/gold with a billowing, thick, frothy, white head that lingers as I drink the entire glass.

Aroma is of sweetish wheat malt, with very little banana-clove presence, which was surprising.

Taste was spot on for a hefeweizen, full-flavored wheaty/bready character. Banana comes through a little more in the taste, but is never close to overpowering.

Mouthfeel is creamy and effervescent as is the be expected.

Overall, a high quality non-alcoholic option for beer drinkers that refuse to sacrifice on taste and flavor. I would not have known it was alcohol-free if it wasn't in the name.

From Lidl. Lunch at home, croquettes with 3 delicias rice. Sublime for a low alcohol beer. Very similar to its alcoholic counterpart

16 Feb 2016: From Carrefour Huelva. With Fried potatoes, fried eggs and fried haddock. In Bavaria glass. Still the best low alcohol one Ive drunk.
