Lovely hazy yellow color with a head made up of the tiniest bubbles. Retention in the order of several minutes yet without much lacing. Banana and freshness on the nose and even more banana once you sip it. Not much of clove (which in my books is a plus). Smooth and frothy mouthfeel. Very refreshing.

L: Pours a hazy amber with a pretty tall foam
S: Has a great malty smell, a bit fruity
T: Follows the nose well, doesn't have much of an alcohol taste
F: Good all year 'round. It's light, a little creamy, and doesn't leave any sort of bad after taste. A little carbonated
O: It is a little better from the tap but pouring the bottle into a Hefeweizen glass pretty much evens it out. I could easily drink this all day.

A beer that lacks everything, aroma, taste in the mouth, subtlety, a point of alcohol. Only to spare the fame that has, for me, too big.

Poured 0.5l bottle into a Weizen glass.

Appearance: Light amber color. Hazy. Tall and long lasting foamy (almost creamy) head, with good lacing. Medium to high carbonation visible.

Smell: Yeast, fruity.

Taste: Strong yeast character, vanilla, with spicy (clove) and fruity (citrus) flavors coming through. Banana is present but in the background, just a hint of bubblegum aroma.

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, crisp and refreshing, high carbonation in the mouth.

Overall: Nice and elegant Hefeweizen.

This beer is a solid Hefeweizen. Not the best I've ever had, but would suffice to give an inexperienced beer enthusiast a good idea what the style is all about.

Flavor is a good solid banana clove flavoring that is common among this style.

Color was light and hazy.

Body was light to medium, with a high amount of carbonation.

Would recommend this to any weizen or witbier lovers!

On a side note to home brewers, I was able to harvest a yeast culture from the bottle!

Cheers!

Probably favorite hefeweizen so far.

12 oz at Trader Joe's.

T - characteristic banana and cloves taste with a good sweetness
F - strong carbonation

just exemplary of the hefeweizen style
