The restaurant is located at the main street, just a few blocks from the cathedral. The sober interior is made of dark oak. At summertime, there is a patio on the street.

The selection of Danish beer is good; of course there are the usual Carlsberg (including Jacobsen and Tuborg) beers on draft and bottle. But they also got beers from the Danish micros: Lots of bottles from Refsvidinge, Gourmet Bryggeriet, daCapo, and Nørrebro. From the local micro brewery Herslev, they got the whole range of bottles and one rotating draft.

When it comes to imported beers, they have a skilfully selected range of some 10 brands including Brooklyn Brewery and Franziskaner.

The food is notoriously Danish, some with a French or American twist. The open sandwiches, “smørrebrød”, are always a good choice and a full meal in itself.

The service is fine, they seem to know enough of the beers and the breweries. At times, they seem to be a little confused of who have ordered what though.
