appearance- pours a pale burnt orange with lively carbonation and a one finger head that comes down to a thin layer of foam. lacing is visible
smell- the first thing that hits me is a grassy smell with a bitter lemon scent. it actually smells good.
taste and mouthfeel- taste is almost a bit bitter and sour, but not in a bad way it all. lemon and hops seem to be what is coming through i think with a touch of sweetness. the mouthfeel is ok but i would prefer less carbonation.
drinkability- very drinkable brew

Poured from bottle into tulip, good 1 finger cream colored head, recedes quickly to a pool, good lacing. Dark hazy golden in the glass. Lemon, honey, and wheat on the nose, very muted. Taste follows up, cracker malt on the front, followed by honey sweetness and finishing off with somewhat of a twang. Not a traditional Hefe, but very drinkable just the same. Keep going back to it, very subdued on the front and finishes with that sweet tartness on the end, but not cloying, there is sufficient bitterness to keep it in check
